Brice specialized in transfer pricing and valuation. He structures and documents transfer pricing policies, assists companies confronted with tax audits or litigations, negotiates advance pricing agreements and manages out-of-court settlements.

Brice has specific expertise in the determination and justification of interest rates for intra-group financing, and in the field of intangible asset valuations (shares, trademarks, technologies, goodwill, carried interest, etc.).
