Madison Kostelnak

Madison Kostelnak focuses her practice on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, infrastructure funds, co-investment funds and funds of funds. She has also worked on upper tier matters, funds-of-one, and secondary transactions. In addition to her sponsor-side work, Madison has experience representing a broad-range of institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds and other alternative investment products.
