• Advising NASDAQ listed ASP Isotopes, a developer of technology and processes which produces isotopes for use in multiple industries, on its strategic relationship with SA based PET Labs.
• Advising the joint managers and bookrunners to Steinhoff International in an accelerated book build offering which resulted in Steinhoff selling 265 million Pepkor Holdings shares and raising a total of R4.9bn (EUR257m).
• Advising EOH on its capital raising, comprising of a renounceable rights offer made to EOHs qualifying shareholders and specific issue for cash to it's BEE shareholder.
• Advising on the restructuring of an industrial hygiene and indoor air quality consulting firm and a diversified business group into a new South African company and the subsequent disposal of those assets.
• Advising the curator of Ubank (under curatorship) in the disposal (as a going concern) of Ubank assets and liabilities to African Bank for a purchase consideration of R80m.
• Advising a client on the acquisition of all of a manufacturer of wireless condition monitoring sensors.
• An African bank on its acquisition of the business of a global bank’s entities across multiple African countries.
• Advising a mining industry client on construction arrangements contract value of more than R1bn.*
