Léo Vega is an associate in the Corporate M&A and Private Equity team at DLA Piper’s Paris office.
He advises private equity funds, companies and management teams on a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs), growth capital investments, and both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

- Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Master’s Degree (Master 2) in Business Law and Taxation
Prior Experience
Before joining DLA Piper, Léo completed several internships with the M&A and Private Equity teams of leading French and international business law firms in Paris.
