Dominika Wolf

Dominika Wolf has more than 10 years of experience in advising on criminal law and penal-fiscal law in the context of white-collar crime.

She supports clients throughout the course of criminal proceedings, from carrying out investigations and negotiating with the prosecuting authorities, to representing them (both as plaintiffs and defendants) in court. She also assists clients with crisis and risk management issues, creating, implementing and testing internal procedures for managing the negative consequences of crisis events (especially dawn raids), and running tailor-made training sessions and workshops (also on criminal and compliance issues).

Dominika advises on the civil and criminal liability of company directors and officers, on irregularities connected with business activities, and on the pursuit and recovery of misappropriated assets. She also assists companies during internal investigations and audits and represents them in related disputes.

She has specific experience in commercial insurance law, advising insurance companies on the provision of cross-border services, insurance distribution and outsourcing, on regulatory and compliance issues, and in disputes with counterparties, as well as, representing them in regulatory and administrative proceedings.
