DLA Piper advises lenders on financing of Invision's acquisition of eduPRO Group

DLA Piper has advised a club of lenders consisting of Oldenburgische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft, AkquiVest and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich Wien AG on the acquisition financing of the acquisition of eduPRO Group by Invision AG, a German-Swiss investment company. The acquisition financing consists of a term loan and a revolving credit line with an option for further integrated credit lines.

eduPRO, headquartered in Vienna, is a leading European education group in the field of services for professional development, qualification and adult education with a focus on professional qualification measures in Austria, Germany and Hungary. With approximately 1,000 employees and trainers, the group offers a wide range of educational measures for more than 20,000 course participants annually at over 85 locations.

Since its founding in 1997, Invision has successfully developed into one of the leading investment companies for business succession and growth financing for medium-sized companies in Europe. During this time, Invision has invested more than EUR1 billion of equity capital in over 60 companies and achieved sustainable value growth.
