DLA Piper advises HY24 on HY2GEN’s EUR47 million capital raise
DLA Piper has advised Hy24, the world’s leading private asset manager dedicated to the hydrogen economy, on a second capital raise of EUR47 million for Hy2Gen AG, a global producer of renewable hydrogen and synthetic fuels.
This fully equity-funded operation aims to finance Hy2Gen’s development, enabling the company to strengthen its project portfolio and reach new markets. Technip Energies and BenDa have renewed their commitments in Hy2Gen as key investors, consolidating their majority position within the consortium.
With this transaction, our firm reaffirms its aim to support players in the energy transition in structuring and securing their investments.
