DLA Piper is preparing the relocation of its offices in Portugal

The global law firm DLA Piper is preparing to relocate its office in Portugal. DLA Piper Portugal’s new building will be located in Praça Marquês de Pombal, in Lisbon, and is expected to be completed on the second half of 2027.

The building is owned by Fundimo – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Aberto, managed and represented by Caixa Gestão de Ativos, SGOIC, S.A., with whom DLA Piper has maintained a relationship for over 18 years. Over the past two years, both entities have been working together on the planning of the full refurbishment of this building, with a total area of 4,500 sqm, located at Praça Marquês de Pombal, numbers 15 and 16.

DLA Piper Portugal’s new office represents the consolidation of a trajectory of sustained growth in Portugal and a clear sign of its strategic commitment to the Portuguese market. The new office will be refurbished in accordance with the most demanding criteria of innovation and sustainability, acting as a catalyst for collaborative work and as a leverage in Portugal for the other 40 countries, across 5 continents, in which DLA Piper is present.
