Rod Kazempour concentrates his practice on corporate restructuring, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial litigation, assisting clients with a variety of financial distress and insolvency matters. Rod’s practice spans a diverse array of industries and encompasses all facets of the restructuring process, including in-court and out-of-court representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in chapter 11, chapter 15, and subchapter V proceedings, as well as related adversary proceedings.

Rod also advises clients on a wide variety of general transactional and finance matters where one or more parties is or may become financially distressed.
