Representative experience in tax structuring of private equity funds (including carried interest schemes)

  • Advising on the tax structuring of BlackFin Capital Partners Fund IV.
  • Advising Seven2, a leading private equity player in Europe, on the tax aspects of the establishment of a continuation fund to support portfolio companies Marlink and Crystal.
  • Advised Armen (GP Stake Fund) in its acquisition of a minority stake in the Belgian management company Vendis Capital.
  • Advising Bridgepoint on various points.
  • Advising Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners) on the structuring of various funds including Apax MidMarket X and Apax Development II.
  • Advising BlackFin Capital Partners on its funds.
  • Advising Five Arrows Principal Investments (Rothschild & Co) on FAPI II and FAPI III.*
