About

Dominika Nowak advises clients on all aspects of employment law.

In particular, she supports international companies in setting up and developing their business activities in Poland by drafting, implementing, and modifying employee-related documentation (e.g. internal rules and bonus policies), advising on models of cooperation with local personnel, and preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions of employment for senior managers.

She also guides clients' international HR teams through Polish collective and individual employment law issues, including outsourcing/body leasing, transfers of undertakings, cooperation with contingency personnel, restructuring, internal investigations, disciplinary proceedings, incentive schemes, and dispute resolution - both in court and out of court.

Dominika heads the DLA Mobility practice in Poland, advising on a wide range of immigration-related matters such as secondments of Polish and foreign employees and the legalisation of their stay and work abroad, business relocations, cross-border remote work arrangements, and specific regulations applicable in the defence sector.
