  • Acted for a Singapore SPAC in a first ever acquisition and merger of an Internet live-streaming platform which is listed on SGX*.
  • Acted for a SPAC focused on operating and acquiring metals and mining businesses in connection with the acquisition of 100% interest in a copper mining business.*
