Jasmin Rosita Zareie is a national and international dispute resolution lawyer with a particular focus on white-collar crime, national and international commercial litigation, compliance & investigations and ADR. Jasmin has over 10 years of experience in advising client groups from a wide range of business sectors in complex and large-scale criminal and civil litigation matters.

Jasmin previously worked for the most renowned dispute resolution law firms in Austria, the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and the Institute for International Law at the University of Vienna. She completed her training at the University of Vienna and Harvard Law School, receiving several merit-based scholarships and awards.

Jasmin advises and represents clients in complex international criminal, civil and arbitration court proceedings and internal investigations. This has included advising several high-profile international clients, including top Fortune Global 500 companies, in large-scale and complex domestic and cross-border litigations.

She has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic companies in a variety of different industries, particularly in major, multi-jurisdictional disputes. In addition, Jasmin lectures at European universities and regularly publishes on national and international legal issues.

Jasmin serves as a representative for Austria for the International Bar Association and as the Head of Delegation at the UNCITRAL Working Group I & II at the United Nations in New York.
