Lawyers registered with the Brussels or Antwerp Bar are covered by an insurance policy provided by their Bar, details of which can be supplied by the local Bar.
In addition, we maintain professional indemnity insurance with Travelers Insurance Company Limited whose address is Exchequer Court, 33 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8AG. This insurance covers our practices in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Africa and Asia and extends to acts and omissions wherever they occur in the world.
We are committed to providing the highest quality services to all of our clients. Should you require any specific question regarding the services, please feel free to contact the matter partner responsible for the work or the Belgium office managing partner.
If we are unable to resolve a problem through internal channels, our client may refer the matter to the disciplinary board of the local Bar, details of which are accessible at www.advocaat.be and www.advocat.be.
