Max Koetsier

Max Koetsier is a Dutch lawyer (advocaat) and a member of the Finance, Projects & Restructuring practice group in our Amsterdam office since 2023. He advises both domestic and international clients, including banks, borrowers and private equity investors, on acquisition and corporate finance.

Before joining the Finance, Projects & Restructuring team, Max was a member of the Corporate team, where he was mainly involved in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
