Marisa P. Kaley focuses her practice on international tax, advising clients on the tax aspects of global expansion, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, global transfer pricing strategy, operational structuring and general international tax planning matters.

Marisa supports clients ranging from start-ups to established multinational and public companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences, telecommunications, and technology. She regularly serves as the managing international legal counsel for multijurisdictional and multi-disciplined projects and matters implicating non-US corporate, employment, intellectual property and regulatory considerations in addition to US and foreign tax issues.
