Szymon Sakowski

Szymon Sakowski has more than 10 years of experience in advising and representing clients in civil litigation and arbitration proceedings.

He has supported clients from the energy, construction, banking, insurance, aviation and manufacturing sectors in interim measures, enforcement, and post-arbitration proceedings, as well as in pre-litigation strategy and communication.

In the construction sector he has handled disputes related to contractual liability, in particular with regard to the claims of contractors and sub-contractors resulting from complex infrastructure investments; and in the banking and insurance sectors, he has represented clients in court proceedings concerning the alleged mis-selling of securities and tort liability.

Szymon also advises both local and foreign entities in disputes involving the combatting of unfair competition (e.g. the protection of trade secrets and discriminatory pricing), providing support at the pre-litigation stage and during court proceedings.
