How do I book?

How do I make payment?
Unless by prior agreement, payments have to be made before the programme takes place. Bookings will be acknowledged with a VAT receipt and joining instructions. Payments can be made by BACS.
Are there any discounts?
If you book more than one course you will receive a 20% discount.
How will you store my data?
Your details will be held on the firm's database. If you would like to be removed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a cancellation is received more than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled course date you can receive a refund. Alternatively, you may send a substitute. However, a refund cannot be made for cancellations received less than four weeks before the course is scheduled to take place.
