  • Warner Bros. Discovery on its GBP620m 50:50 JV with BT Group to create a combined sports offering in the UK and Ireland
  • Warner Bros. Discovery on the GBP1.15bn sale of All3Media to Redbird IMI
  • Ares Management in its capacity as collateral manager on a warehouse facility and public securitisation issued by an Ares European CLO vehicle, and various lenders and originators on UK securitisation structures
  • A number of US headed multinationals on major international corporate reorganisation and other intra-group structuring projects
  • Murphy Oil Corporation on the disposal of its UK retail petrol station network to Patron Capital and the sale of its Milford Haven Refinery to Klesch Refining Limited*
  • Royal Dutch Shell on the USD1bn disposal of its African retail network (including retail stations, commercial fuels, LPG, lubricants and marine businesses in 18 African countries) *
  • Morgan Stanley on the purchase and warehousing of a GBP13bn portfolio of Northern Rock loans from the UK government and on a subsequent GBP6.1bn securitisation*
  • Arqiva on its GBP3.6bn corporate re-organisation, re-financing and whole business securitisation*
  • Macquarie on the acquisition of various offshore wind farm transmission assets*
