Laura is a Lawyer in the Competition and Regulated Markets group within the Litigation & Regulatory department, which she joined in 2022. She works in the Rome office.
Laura focuses on competition law, consumer protection and market regulation, advising leading national and international clients both on transactional and contentious matters.
Laura provides assistance in all areas of competition law. She assists clients in proceedings concerning cartels and abuses of dominant position, as well as in following appeal proceedings before administrative courts.
Her practice also covers assistance in merger control and golden power matters.
She has gained experience in the telecommunications sector during her secondment at a leading company in the industry.
