Leslie Rebnord

Leslie Rebnord is a member of DLA Piper’s Antitrust and Competition group. Her practice focuses on regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, government investigations and state and federal antitrust litigation.

Leslie's work includes advocacy before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ), and U.S. District Courts, advising on the antitrust components of multi-million and multi-billion dollar transactions, and counseling on a wide array of antitrust matters. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including retail, software and technology, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, aggregates, mass media, and private equity.
