  • Advising Domos FS in connection with its sale to Simcorp.
  • Advising Michelin on the acquisition of a French company specializing in elastomer engineering.
  • Advising Kerry Logistics, a company incorporated under Hong Kong law, on the acquisition of a majority stake and voting rights in Business By Air, a French company specializing in air freight.
  • Advising a major German automotive manufacturer on the acquisition of a French industrial vehicle rental business.
  • Advising Hy24, the world’s leading private asset manager dedicated to the hydrogen economy, in connection with a second fundraising round for HY2Gen AG, a global producer of renewable hydrogen and synthetic fuels.
  • Advising the shareholders of LumApps (including Goldman Sachs, Eurazeo, BPI, Famille C and the founders) in connection with the acquisition of a controlling stake in LumApps by Bridgepoint for USD650m.
  • Advising Hy24 in connection with its EUR200m investment in Hysetco, joining existing shareholders Air Liquide, TotalEnergies, Toyota and Kouros.
  • Advising Europ Assistance in connection with the acquisition from AXA Partners of its assistance businesses in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Taiwan.
  • Advising XTC New Energy Materials Europe GmbH in connection with its joint venture projects with Orano CAM and Orano PCAM.
  • Advising Michelin in connection with the formation of a joint venture supported by Michelin between Antin Infrastructure Partners and Enviro Systems to create the world’s first large scale tyre recycling group.
