Sajan Dhindsa is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations Group.‎

As part of his general litigation practice, Sajan assists clients on a broad range of commercial and civil ‎litigation issues. He has worked alongside senior counsel to draft court documents, including pleadings ‎and factums, and has appeared in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

During law school, Sajan participated in the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP), where ‎he gained experience interviewing clients, negotiating resolutions with opposing counsel, and representing ‎clients in court. 

Prior to law school, Sajan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Law and Business major from ‎Toronto Metropolitan University. Sajan also participated in the Law & Business Clinic, where he provided ‎free legal services in various business law matters to entrepreneurs and small businesses.‎

Sajan summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an associate in 2025.‎
