Robert T. O'Neill K.C.


Robert O’Neill, K.C., is a senior litigator with an extensive background in civil litigation matters.

Robert has represented clients at all levels of courts in the ‎province of Alberta, and appeared before Administrative Boards and Tribunals on a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice includes:

  • personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents;
  • corporate and commercial disputes including commercial leasing matters;
  • estate litigation;
  • employment issues;
  • construction and condominium disputes; and
  • a variety of insurance matters.
Robert also has considerable experience successfully resolving matters for his clients through negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
