Russia Insolvency and Arbitration Toolkit

We are pleased to have had the opportunity to co-author the Report for Russia as part of the Toolkit on Insolvency and Arbitration recently released by the IBA Arbitration Committee. The Toolkit covers 19 jurisdictions and provides guidance to parties, counsel and arbitrators in situations where a party to arbitration proceedings is also subject to insolvency proceedings in one or more jurisdictions.
