Tiffany Miller named to San Diego Business Journals 2022 list of Women of Influence in Engineering

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Tiffany Miller, a partner in the firm’s Patent Litigation practice, has been named to the San Diego Business Journal’s 2022 list of Women of Influence in Engineering.

 The Women of Influence in Engineering awards are presented annually to leading women in the San Diego engineering community. The publication noted that Miller represents “some of the biggest technology companies in their high-profile patent litigation matters.”

Miller represents clients in patent litigation relating to cellular communications, wireless devices, electronics, computer architecture, storage architecture, sensors and wearable technology. Her practice includes district court litigations spanning multiple jurisdictions in the United States, International Trade Commission (ITC) investigations, and post-grant review proceedings at the patent office. She also has significant experience in patent application preparation and prosecution in the areas of communications, signal processing, electronics, mechanical systems and semiconductor manufacturing.
