DLA Piper named a top three law firm for private equity deal volume by PitchBook
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that the firm ranked among the top three most active law firms for global private equity deal volume in the past year, according to PitchBook's 2021 global league tables report.
According to the data collected by PitchBook, DLA Piper was recognized as one of the most active legal advisors in a number of private equity sectors, including B2B, B2C, energy, healthcare, financial services, materials & resources, and IT. The firm also ranked first in private equity deal volume in Europe, and ranked as one of the most active law firms handling PE deals across the US, particularly in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, Great Lakes, Southeast, and West Coast regions.
