DLA Piper partner Holly R. Lake named to the Daily Journal’s 2022 Top Labor and Employment Lawyers list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Holly R. Lake, a partner in the firm’s Employment practice, was named to the Daily Journal’s 2022 Top Labor and Employment Lawyers list honoring the top attorneys across the state of California who have made significant contributions in labor and employment law. This marks her second consecutive year on the prestigious list.

In its profile of Lake, the publication noted her success defending clients in wage-and-hour class actions and California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) litigation, as well as her ongoing work advising companies on their day-to-day employment-related issues, including topics related to their environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices.

Lake is an employment litigator and advisor. She has a breadth of experience defending clients in all aspects of employment law and related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge and wage-and-hour matters. She has extensive experience leading legal teams on large-scale class, collective and private attorney general representative actions under California laws, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Title VII. She also advises clients on matters related to OFCCP compliance and affirmative action program development.
