DLA Piper recognized again as a litigation powerhouse by BTI Consulting

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that it was once again recognized as a “most feared” law firm in litigation in BTI Consulting Group’s BTI Litigation Outlook 2023: Litigation Spending in the Uncertain Economy and Beyond report and was named a “Powerhouse” – the highest rating in the report, representing the top 1 percent of all law firms – for class action, cybersecurity litigation and product liability.

DLA Piper was also recognized in five additional categories, including the distinction of “Leader” for securities and finance, complex commercial and commercial litigation, and the distinction of “Standout” for complex employment and IP litigation.

“The BTI report showcases our best-in-class capabilities across a wide range of litigation matters, leveraging our tremendous litigation talent, sector experience, and geographic coverage all at once,” said Loren Brown, DLA Piper’s US vice chair and chair of the US Disputes practice. “This recognition once again highlights the depth and breadth of legal talent that our diverse teams can deliver across many practice areas to better serve our clients.”

The BTI Litigation Outlook 2023 report is produced by BTI Consulting Group, an independent market research and intelligence firm, and is based on more than 350 in-depth interviews with key legal decision-makers at organizations in more than 15 industry sectors whose revenue totals US$1 billion or more.
