DLA Piper recognized by American Lawyer Litigation Daily's "Litigator of the Week" column

DLA Piper and the team led by Melissa Reinckens were recognized by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week” column for securing a unanimous defense verdict for gummy vitamin company Goli Nutrition in a suit against weight loss company GOLO LCC. After a four-day trial, the jury took less than one hour to decide that the company’s “Goli” and “Goli Nutrition” trademarks did not cause confusion with plaintiff’s GOLO mark.
