DLA Piper advised Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. as sole book-running manager in the US$253 million initial public offering for Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III.
Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III is a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.
