Marco helps clients strategize, structure and negotiate commercial agreements that drive revenue and obtain mission critical technology, intellectual property, and other valuable rights; and he routinely negotiates software and IP licenses, software as a service (SaaS) and cloud services agreements, software development agreements, source code escrow agreements, data license agreements, and technology and intellectual property development, acquisition, and disposition agreements.
