Jonathan (Jon) practises commercial real estate law, with a particular emphasis on real estate investment transactions and property development.
Jon provides business focused advice to clients on all aspects of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, management, operation, financing, leasing and development of all property types, as well as joint ventures and partnerships.
Jon has a particular expertise in structuring and leading real estate development projects, transactions and investments, including advising on tax considerations. Jon has experience with complex transactions involving natural resources, hospitality, lending platforms, data centers, and other unique operating businesses. Jon also assists both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, and acts on a number of real estate related corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings.
