Luke Callaghan is an experienced Senior Associate with a particular focus on regulatory investigations and litigation. He advises on a broad range of regulatory matters, including competition and consumer law, corporations law, continuous disclosure, product defects, class actions and taxation litigation.
Luke has acted both for corporate regulators and for private clients, which provides him with unique insight into the approach and workings of regulators in competition and corporate regulatory matters.
Luke has a particular interest in new and emerging technologies, and has been involved in various legal technology optimisation projects. He acts for clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, financial services, consumer goods and retail and transport.
