Stephen Cosenza Jr.

Stephen Cosenza Jr. is a litigator that focuses his practice on commercial disputes, white-collar investigations, compliance matters, antitrust, and class actions. His experience spans a variety of industries, including consumer goods, finance, biotechnologies, and media, sport, and entertainment (MSE).

Stephen maintains an active pro bono practice including immigration, asylum, and veteran discharge upgrade representation.

During law school, he externed for Justice Goodwin Liu of the California Supreme Court. Stephen was also the inaugural winner of the Fred Gray Civil Rights Writing Competition for his paper 'Bend But Don’t Break:The Roberts Court and Voting Rights'.
