About

Shannon Dudic is a litigator who partners with her clients to navigate ever-changing legal landscapes that threaten the very survival of her clients’ businesses.  Most recently, she advised clients in the hospitality industry when they were forced to shutter their doors during the COVID-19 pandemic and were threatened with legal action by guests and state attorney generals for doing so.  She also serves as national counsel defending hospitality companies against novel allegations of civil violations of federal and state human trafficking laws.  Prior to that, she represented and advised financial services companies in the wake of the Great Recession of 2008, when they faced increased scrutiny from both the newly-formed CFBP and consumers.

Shannon aggressively defends clients across numerous industries in federal and state courts nationwide with extensive experience defending consumer class actions, multi-district litigation and other complex disputes, at both the trial and appellate levels.  At the same time, she creatively negotiates and structures settlements to meet her clients’ legal and business needs.  She has a track record for successfully resolving class actions alleging unfair business practices, false advertising, and other consumer protection statutes, including California's Invasion of Privacy Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Throughout law school and her career, Shannon has focused her pro bono practice on representing low-income survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in proceedings to obtain restraining orders.
