Stephanie Faraci advises clients across industries on complex commercial real estate transactions.

Stephanie's practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of various asset types, including office, industrial, laboratory, retail, multi-family housing and data center. She is a trusted advisor to real estate investors, major financial institutions and commercial lenders, private equity firms, and companies operating in the life sciences, industrial, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Pro Bono

For more than 7 years, Stephanie has worked with the Youth Advocacy Foundation (YAF) to represent numerous families throughout Massachusetts in special education cases and has successfully advocated for safe and appropriate placements and accommodations for students with special needs, including obtaining settlements for clients after appearing in proceedings at the Bureau of Special Education Appeals. As recognition for her commitment to ensuring quality education for children, Stephanie received the 2025 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award from YAF. Stephanie has also advised pro bono clients in matters concerning immigration, social security disability benefits, child custody and corporate governance.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Stephanie was real estate of counsel at another international law firm.
