Carlo Alberto Ravazzolo is a Lawyer in the Public Finance group within the Finance, Projects & Restructuring Department. He works in the Rome office.
He has gained significant experience in assisting banks and financial intermediaries, investment funds and rating agencies in the structured finance sector, with a specific focus on financing supported by various guarantees and asset classes, RMBS securitisations or relating to leasing credits, vehicle depots, healthcare credits, consumer loans, SME financing, trade credits, insurance premiums and NPLs.
He deals with Public Finance and finance in operations in the field of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, with regard to the use of the capital market, the issuing of bonds and structured notes and the negotiation and documentation of derivative financial instruments and related guarantees.
