  • Acting for Prioris Aviation Spain S.L.U. on the c£300m acquisition of Bond Aviation Group Limited
  • Acting for the vendors on the US$80m sale of Stingray Geophysical Limited to TGS-Nopec Geophysical Company ASA
  • Acting for InfraRed Capital Partners in relation to the secondary market acquisition of debt and equity interests in numerous PFI and PPP Projects
  • Acting for ARKeX Limited in relation to the US$20m equity investment by 4D Global Energy Investments plc and subsequent debt and equity fund raising transactions
  • Acting for the consortium comprising Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited, Hong Kong Electric Holdings Limited and Li Ka Shing foundation on the equity and joint venture arrangements in relation to the acquisition of EDF's UK electricity distribution assets
  • Acted for a global financial services business in relation to the restructuring and reorganisation of its European business including the creation and lisitng of a US2.2bn quoted Eurobond
