  • Advised a leading French group specialising in global agri-food distribution on the restructuring of its debt, notably through refinancing and the sale of certain supermarkets and hypermarkets.*
  • Advised banks on the restructuring of the existing debt of a French group distributing hard-discount indoor and outdoor products.*
  • Advised a UK private debt fund on the unitranche financing of an acquisition by a leading French company specialising in cybersecurity services.*
  • Advised a leading US private equity fund on the unitranche financing of the carve-out of a French software engineering company.*
  • Advised a French private equity fund on the LBO financing of a French leader in the field of industrial asset (spatial, aviation, maritime transport, rail, , etc.) testing using ultrasound.*
