She provides strategic guidance on complex licensing, corporate, M&A and compliance matters, working closely with regulators, ministries and supervisory authorities. She also has experience representing multinational clients in high-value commercial disputes before the Bahraini courts and regularly supports international clients on cross-border matters.   • Advised a leading global satellite‑technology company specializing in space‑based cellular connectivity on its market entry and licensing of its telecommunication and satellite services regulated by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
  • Assisted in the establishment and licensing of a new wholesale conventional bank with the Central Bank of Bahrain for a global stablecoin‑backed fintech group seeking to expand its footprint into regulated digital banking activities in the GCC.
  • Advised Crypto.com, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, on its market entry into Bahrain, including the establishment and licensing of a Payment Service Provider regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
  • Assisted with carrying out comprehensive due diligence for the expansion of an international technology solutions company with the 100% share acquisition of CX technology services group companies in the MENA region.
  • Acted for and successfully received several verdicts in favor of a US-based petroleum drilling company on numerous employment litigation cases.
  • Advised one of the largest card‑scheme operators worldwide on several fintech, stablecoin and emerging innovation matters across the GCC.
  • Advising a regional sovereign wealth fund on its corporate governance and the liquidation and delisting of its funds with the Central Bank of Bahrain and the Bahrain Bourse.
  • Acted for and successfully received a verdict in favor of one of the largest media and broadcasting platforms in the Middle East in relation to a defamation case.
  • Acted for and successfully received a verdict in favor of a leading European aluminum specialist on a default dispute.
  • Assisted a leading global cryptocurrency trading exchange on its 100% share acquisition of a Sharia-compliant cryptocurrency trading exchange in the Middle East region.
  • Assisted Binance, the largest crypto-currency exchange (by trade volume), on its market entry with its incorporation and license from the Central Bank of Bahrain to operate as a cryptocurrency exchange platform in Bahrain to service the region.
  • Assisted and acted for a Cayman Islands company with a litigation matter relating to payment defaults.
  • Advised the most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud computing and IT infrastructure platforms on various regulatory and compliance issues in the GCC region, including cloud computing, IT infrastructure and security, occupational health and safety and data protection issues.
  • Assisted a global energy service company, a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest energy companies, with the expansion of its operation to the Middle East by its acquisition of several regional energy companies.
  • Advising a global provider of insurance products on its limited data protection compliance project through a comprehensive review of data privacy laws, including general privacy requirements, CCTV and employee monitoring, IT security, use of personal data and cross-border data transfers.
