Mazzen Shalaby advises a diverse range of clients on complex legal issues, including those relating to economic sanctions involving the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), foreign direct investment filings before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and a variety of tariff policy and customs issues.

Mazzen helps clients stay abreast of new policies, laws, and regulations to determine how their business will be impacted. Mazzen also has experience with developing government affairs strategies, including via U.S. Congressional, Executive, and agency outreach.
