Nicole Breschkin acts in the areas of competition and consumer law, access law and market regulation. She advises private and public sector clients in various industries on a wide range of competition law issues including cartel conduct, joint venture agreements, supply and distribution arrangements and competition and consumer law compliance programs.

Nicole has experience in advising both regulators and corporations in relation to merger clearances, authorisations, notifications, investigations and enforcement proceedings. She undertakes both advisory and litigious work. Nicole regularly works on matters listed in the Federal Court of Australia and the Australian Competition Tribunal and she was involved in each of the first two applications to the Australian Competition Tribunal for merger authorisation.

Nicole also advises clients in relation to access to, and regulation of, essential infrastructure under Part IIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and state-based industry-specific access regimes.
