DLA Piper Canada welcomes associate Joshua Sved

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Joshua (Josh) Sved to the firm’s Vancouver office as an associate in the Corporate Group.

Josh maintains a general business law practice with a focus on advising companies in the technology sector. Josh regularly assists clients on a wide range of matters, including business formation and corporate governance matters, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, navigating corporate financing, purchase and sale transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Josh practiced at a leading Canadian business law firm, where he worked with clients at all stages of the business life cycle, in a variety of industry sectors, including a number of emerging and growth stage companies.
