Jeremy Sher has a broad disputes practice, spanning major cross-border litigation, arbitration and regulatory issues, with an emphasis on clients in the energy and resources, financial and entertainment sectors.

Jeremy's practice covers clients in both emerging and mature markets including global companies, sovereign governments, financial institutions and high net worth individuals. He has experience in corporate and financial disputes, class actions (including product liability and shareholders' claims), trade and public international law disputes. He has represented clients in arbitrations under ICC, SIAC, LCIA, SCC and ICSID rules. Jeremy advises and represents clients in criminal litigation, global investigations and contentious regulatory proceedings.

He is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia.
