CIRCLE: A global investigations crisis management workshop

19 March 2026, 14:30 – 19:30

DLA Piper

Please join us for the first CIRCLE event of 2026 on Thursday, 19 March, for a workshop exploring practical strategies in crisis management and investigations.

We have designed this hands-on workshop for senior in-house legal, compliance and crisis management professionals, aiming to equip our guests with practical skills essential for navigating the challenges that arise when a serious and complex whistleblowing report lands.

During the workshop, we'll move step-by-step through the critical investigative strategies that are key to managing multijurisdictional misconduct, allowing participants to build muscle-memory for dealing with such a scenario in real life.

Senior lawyers from multiple countries within DLA Piper's Global Investigations practice group will lead the session, encouraging detailed and dynamic discussion amongst our CIRCLE attendees.

What you'll gain from the workshop:

  • effective response strategies to implement within the first 24 hours of a misconduct-related crisis and thereafter;
  • practical approaches to legal privilege, evidence collection and preservation, and reporting obligations; and
  • best practices for crisis management based on the experience of professionals in this field and your peers.

Following the workshop, we invite you to join us for a drinks reception in a relaxed atmosphere to reflect on the session and connect with peers and the presenters.

CIRCLE is our dynamic network for compliance and investigations professionals. Members meet regularly to tackle pressing challenges and engage in thought-provoking discussions.

We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an engaging and insightful event.
