Natasha Najman Bavaresco is experienced in corporate law, M&A transactions and commercial contracts,  advising on acquisitions and sale of ownership of equity interests and assets, coordination of due diligences and assistance related to day-to-day corporate issues. 

Her experience includes assistance with mergers, amalgamations, spin-offs and other corporate reorganizations and restructuring transactions, incorporation of companies and assembly of joint ventures, consortiums, associations, foundations, partnerships and other methods of organizing businesses, as well as analysis of commercial contracts. 

She began her corporate law experience in the legal department of a Brazil-based holding company, working with internal acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate governance and compliance matters.
