DLA Piper advises Insightsoftware on its acquisition of France-based financial software provider Viareport

DLA Piper has advised Insightsoftware, a global leader in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise performance management (EPM) on the acquisition of France-based financial software provider Viareport.

Based in Paris, Viareport is an expert in delivering applications and services that help CFOs, finance teams, and chartered accountants optimize financial performance, including consolidated reporting, and lease and tax proof management. Serving organizations of all sizes throughout Europe and worldwide, Viareport counts brands such as Clarins, France Air, and CBC Radio-Canada among its customers.

The acquisition of Viareport enhances Insightsoftware’s comprehensive financial reporting and enterprise performance management (EPM) portfolio with expanded capabilities for market-specific regulatory compliance and accounting requirements in Europe.

The DLA Piper Paris-based Corporate team was led by the firm’s co-Managing Partner in France Xavier Norlain, counsel Alice Magnanand and associate Alexis Orlando.
