DLA Piper advises on Dadelo’s IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
DLA Piper has advised Polish bike site Dadelo on its initial public offering (IPO) and admission to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). The total value of the IPO exceeded PLN82 million.
Dadelo is one of the largest and most dynamically developing companies in the Polish e-commerce market, specializing in selling bikes, parts and cycling apparel and accessories. The company runs the online bicycle stores dadelo.pl and centrumrowerowe.pl
Dadelo joined the WSE main market on Tuesday 29 December, making it the sixth company to make its debut on the WSE in 2020 Its IPO attracted very strong interest – the average subscription reduction rate for individual investors was over 91% and the issue price for both individual and institutional investors was set at the maximum price level.
