DLA Piper advises Zip on investment in Twisto Payments

Global law firm DLA Piper has advised ASX listed Zip Co Limited (ASX: Z1P), a leading player in the digital retail finance and payments industry, on its investment in Twisto Payments a.s, a leading payments platform based in the Czech Republic and Poland. The investment will help to support Twisto’s growth plans and product expansion in its core markets as well as actively explore emerging market opportunities.

DLA Piper’s cross-border team was led by Corporate partners Adrian Tan (Sydney) and Miroslav Dubovsky (Prague), and included solicitors Cassian Ho and Marcel Janicek.
